HUMAN RESOURCES PLANNING AND ORGANIZATIONAL PERFORMANCE: TELECOMS IN FOCUS

چکیده

The study examined the relationship between human resource planning and organizational performance of telecom companies in Delta State. objectives were to; ascertain workforce forecasting performance; determine recruitment selection examine employee training development retention performance. employed a cross-sectional research design. A sample size 169 was selected from Human Resources executives Telecom companies. Data collected through questionnaires analyzed using descriptive statistics, correlation multiple regressions. Results revealed that there is significant resources (workforce forecasting, selection, retention) In line with study, it recommended HR managers should align their goals this be evaluated time to time. It also put up measures retain skilled employees as would enhance performance
